Teresa Priddle

Veterinarian & Practice Owner (BVSc, BSc (Vet))

I graduated with my vet degree from Sydney University in 2001. I worked in general practice in Adelaide until moving back to my hometown of Mt Gambier in 2010. I have worked mainly with small animals except for a brief stint in mixed practice with Gambier Vets from 2010 to 2014. I really enjoy the variety that general practice provides, and have many clinical interests such as paediatric, geriatric, dental, behaviour, surgery, and all things feline. My interests outside of work include horse riding, walking/running, AFL, music, spending time with my multiple pets and working on my small acreage.

Dr Teresa is the cat friendly advocate for Limestone Coast Vet.

Princess

Clinic Cat

“Hello! My name is Princess. I’m a female black and white domestic long hair feline. I am 8 years old! I absolutely love being outside rolling around in the dirty carpark! I make the nurses chase me sometimes as I don’t really like coming inside when its time for bed. I’m not the cleanest due to my outdoor antics and with my long hair I do need to get brushed, but I do keep my bedroom nice and tidy unlike my brother Theo. We do get along sometimes, but we don’t really spend much time together as I like to be outside. My favourite thing to do is sit at the fish and chip shop’s door and greet the customers as they walk through the door at Petstock.”

Theo

Clinic Cat

“Hello! My name is Theodore or Theo for short! I’m a Domestic Short Hair, White and Tabby and I’m 8 years old. I’m not the tidiest cat, but the nurses do a lovely job of cleaning my bedding every day. I do love my cuddles but sometimes I can get a bit grumpy! I love spending time inside the clinic and watching everything that goes on. I make a lot of friends with other animals that come into the clinic. My favourite thing to do is sleep and eat food! I am currently on a diet at the moment, so Princess and I get special prescription food for breakfast and dinner.”
